This secluded, rustic campground is located on the northwest side of Bodi Lake. The lake offers great opportunities for walleye and pike fishing. There is a boat launch on the north side of the lake for small watercrafts, kayaks and canoes. The Bodi Lake Pathway can be accessed directly from the campground and is a 1.25-mile hike through the forest and along the lakeshore. Additionally, the national North Country Trail is nearby and can be accessed at Culhane Lake state forest campground.
There are 12 sites for tent and small trailer use. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. The campground is located 31 miles northeast of Newberry via M-123 and County Roads 500 and 437. (LAT 46.702527482299999 LONG -85.335721857899998) Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations. This campground is managed by Tahquamenon Falls State Park.

Situated on the shore of Culhane Lake, this rustic campground offers great opportunities for paddlesports, hiking and fishing. Located in Luce County, 29 miles northeast of Newberry. This campground is managed by Tahquamenon Falls State Park. This 97-acre lake provides excellent opportunities for pike and walleye fishing. There is a boat launch adjacent to the campground, about 200 feet past the campground entrance off County Road 500. Culhane Lake also provides an opportunity for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. The national North Country Trail runs directly through the campground and is a great trail to explore for the day as it travels throughout northern Luce county. Another nearby hiking opportunity is the Bodi Lake Pathway, which begins and ends within Bodi Lake state forest campground.
